A collection of images from WeWork Security Building in Miami, FL. Originally designed as a bank in 1926, it housed banking offices on the ground floor and mezzanine and offices on the remaining 14 floors. In 2004, the building began to be transformed into condominium lofts but the work was never completed. In 2015 WeWork leased the space and Katrina worked to design the entire 16 story building into a co-working and event space for 1,200 members. As one of very few historic buildings in Miami, Katrina worked to preserve as much detail as possible, including original terrazzo floors, brick columns and exterior, and an amazing bank safe. In 2017, WeWork Security Building opened to members as the Flagship Miami location.

WeWork South of Fifth merges the professionalism of an office space with the casual vibe of South Beach Miami. South of Fifth occupies the whole building with three floors of sun-soaked offices and common areas—and a rooftop that functions as an extended office, a yoga area, or a great hangout space.
