Our DIY option is for clients who want to put the work in themselves, but need some direction to get going.
Included:
One hour consultation (in house or virtual) that reviews your existing space, what you are trying to achieve, your budget, and DIY approach.
A customized design package will be provided after the consultation that includes our detailed recommendations on:
decor & style mood board
paint/finish recommendations
lighting & furniture specifications
decor sources & recommendations
best practices for a variety of DIY projects
the Refresh
Our REFRESH option is great for clients who want are looking to give a single space or entire home an upgrade, without heavy construction work.
Included:
One hour consultation (in house or virtual) that reviews your existing space, what you are trying to achieve, your budget, and timeline.
We will create a custom proposal for you that includes a combination of the following design updates:
mood board to get the vision mapped out
provide expertise and guidance for helping you to choose flooring, wall finishes, light fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and more
source beautiful and quality furniture & decor pieces using our network of local & online vendors to curate a selection of modern and timeless pieces for a space personal to you
option for project coordination &management
the Reno
Our RENO option is our full service solution for your home.
Included:
One hour consultation (in house or virtual) that reviews your existing space, what you are trying to achieve, your budget, and timeline.
We will create a custom proposal for you to renovate your space from concept creation through the spatial planning, the design process, construction, and final completion. When needed, we work with a variety of consultants to meet your needs for architecture, permit drawings, HVAC design, and more.
