Our clients lived in a historic brownstone, yet it exuded an aged and dim ambiance, leaving it feeling old and stuffy.

We restored the home, carefully blending its historic features, like original plaster work and wood mouldings with modern details - recessed lighting and sculptural light fixtures. In specific areas, we reintroduced historic details such as herringbone flooring and additional wall paneling, blending them seamlessly with the original millwork. The result is a home that feels fresh and new while retaining its timeless historic character.
