Our passion lies in revitalizing older designs—we thrive on remarkable transformations—but we also embrace the challenge of designing from scratch. When we're not immersed in client projects, we're busy restoring and renovating our 130+ year-old brownstone in Brooklyn, NY.

  • Founder

    Since moving to New York City over a decade ago, Katrina has become captivated with the city's architectural history. She loves exploring the intricate details of brownstones, and creating spaces that blend stylistic history with modern details and touches. With a robust background in workplace interiors and a special focus on workplace strategy, Katrina is enthusiastically transitioning to the world of residential design.

    Having spent years honing her skills in commercial design, she understand the importance of creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing environments. Now, she bring that expertise to residential projects, where she aim to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also genuinely livable. Each project is a journey to balance the old and the new, resulting in spaces that feel timeless yet fresh.

    Katrina earned her degree in Interior Design from Florida International University. She is NCIDQ certified. 

  • David spends most of his days immersed in the world of corporate finance, which is a far cry from his role at Livlet Studio. However, he expertly divides his time between both fields. At Livlet Studio, David serves as our resident architectural encyclopedia, boasting extensive knowledge in architectural order, particularly in moldings and millwork.

    David grew up in the trade world, learning the craft from his father, a highly skilled millwork craftsman. This lifelong apprenticeship has equipped him with an exceptional skill set. He has an uncanny ability to watch five YouTube videos, assimilate the best techniques from each, and then execute the task at hand even better than demonstrated.

    Constantly honing his craft, David is passionate about educating those around him with the wealth of knowledge he has acquired.
